Every Pawhaus order ships from our fulfilment partners direct to your door, anywhere in Australia.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within Australia takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Metro addresses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide are usually at the faster end of that window, while regional and remote postcodes can take a few days longer. Delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies automatically to all orders over $60.
Multiple parcels
Larger orders are sometimes packed and dispatched as separate parcels, which can arrive a day or two apart. If part of your order has landed and the rest has not, give it a couple of days before getting in touch.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan while the parcel is collected and entered into the carrier network, so do not worry if it looks quiet at first.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can usually correct an address in the first few hours after an order is placed, but once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it. Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and you have not received it, contact us at support@pawhaus.com with your order number and we will chase it up with the carrier and make it right.
